The law firm provides creative,  high quality legal services in an efficient and economical manner to businesses and individuals in Maryland and the District of Columbia.  We litigate a wide array of matters in federal and state courts and appear before administrative tribunals as zealous champions for our clients.  The firm also provides general corporate advice, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts for small businesses.

Most of our clients arrive by referral from existing or former clients and colleagues.  With more than thirty years of legal experience, we have developed considerable experience in the fields of business litigation, real estate, mortgage lending, and title disputes, as well as zoning matters.  We have represented lenders, mortgage brokers, real estate brokers, associations, advisory neighborhood commissions, non-profits, homeowners, small businesses, and countless individuals.
